Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide timely crisis intervention and emotional support to clients and families, ensuring safety and stability during times of acute distress.

• Maintain accurate and confidential client records and treatment plans in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring thorough documentation of progress notes and interventions.

• Educate clients and their families about effective communication strategies, coping mechanisms, and conflict resolution techniques to empower them in their relationships.

• Collaborate with a network of mental health professionals, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers, to provide integrated care that addresses all aspects of a client’s well-being.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on adult clients as well as children and adolescents facing a myriad of challenges related to family dynamics, communication issues, and mental health disorders. By employing a family-centered approach, you will engage clients in exploring their personal histories and the dynamics at play within their support systems, facilitating healthier relationships and improved mental health outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• Current licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Massachusetts.

• A Master’s degree or higher in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.

Pyramid Behavioral Health Center offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 75,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience.
