Key Responsibilities\n

• Build positive and trusting relationships with clients, creating a safe and welcoming atmosphere for open dialogue.

• Conduct thorough psychiatric assessments to diagnose mental health disorders and develop individualized treatment plans based on assessed needs.

• Facilitate one-on-one therapy sessions as well as group therapy sessions, ensuring to adjust methodologies to suit diverse client needs.

• Maintain regular follow-up sessions with clients to monitor their progress, revising treatment plans as necessary based on ongoing assessments.

• Provide referrals to specialists and other resources as required to support comprehensive care when additional expertise is necessary.

• Adhere to ethical guidelines and professional standards in all interactions with clients, maintaining confidentiality and promoting client welfare.

• Utilize various therapeutic modalities and evidence-based practices to address mental health disorders, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and family systems therapy.

• Stay current with ongoing training and development initiatives to enhance your professional skills and the effectiveness of your practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will specifically work with a diverse client population that includes individuals, couples, and families facing various mental health challenges. Our clients often struggle with issues such as anxiety, depression, substance use, relationship conflicts, and trauma. Your empathetic and skilled approach will facilitate positive outcomes, helping clients develop more effective coping strategies and lead healthier, more fulfilling lives.

Qualifications\n

• Valid Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) license.

• A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field required; a Master’s or doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, Counseling, or Social Work is preferred to deepen clinical expertise.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary range of USD 70,000 – 90,000, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
