Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate the intensity, frequency, and duration of mood disorder symptoms in clients.

• Develop tailored treatment plans that align with individual client needs, goals, and preferences, employing evidence-based methodologies.

• Implement therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to facilitate meaningful progress in clients' treatment.

• Educate clients and their families about mood disorders, treatment options, and effective self-care practices to empower them during their therapeutic journey.

• Monitor and document client progress meticulously, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal therapeutic outcomes.

• Collaborate effectively with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to provide integrated care that addresses both behavioral and medical concerns.

• Stay informed about the latest research and advancements in mood disorder treatment, applying this knowledge to enhance strategies and impact.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client base includes individuals and families from diverse backgrounds dealing with various mental health challenges, particularly mood disorders. Qualifications\n

• Active and valid state licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy is required.
