Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health concerns, including interviews, diagnostic tests, and observational assessments.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to clients’ unique needs, goals, and circumstances.

• Engage in practices such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), family systems therapy, and other evidence-based modalities to promote healing and personal development.

• Facilitate therapeutic sessions, both individually and in groups, to address issues such as trauma, anxiety, depression, and relational challenges.

• Establish measurable therapeutic goals in collaboration with clients and continuously monitor their progress to ensure effective treatment outcomes.

• Conduct teletherapy sessions, utilizing secure online platforms to connect with clients who may face mobility or accessibility challenges.

• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation in line with HIPAA regulations and adhere to ethical standards within the practice.
