Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mood disorder symptoms, understanding their intensity, frequency, and duration.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that align with clients' needs, preferences, and therapeutic goals.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to facilitate client progress.

• Educate clients and their families about mood disorders, treatment options, and self-care strategies to promote engagement in their recovery process.

• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to address evolving needs and obstacles.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other medical professionals to ensure integrated care and comprehensive support for clients.

• Stay informed on the latest research in mood disorders to continually enhance therapeutic strategies.

• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation in accordance with legal and ethical guidelines.

• Actively participate in case consultations, team meetings, and supervision sessions for continuous learning and growth.

• Advocate for clients' mental health needs, working towards reducing the stigma associated with mental illness and ensuring their voices are heard.

Qualifications\n

• A current and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is a must.

Compensation and Benefits\n
