Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to determine the needs and treatment goals of clients.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with patients and multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care.

• Provide psychotherapy services to individuals, families, and groups, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques tailored to client needs.

• Coordinate care with other healthcare professionals as well as community resources, advocating for patients and facilitating referrals as necessary.

• Document clinical notes and treatment plans accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with professional and organizational standards.

• Participate in case consultation meetings, contributing insights and recommendations that promote collaborative treatment efforts.

You will primarily support adult and geriatric populations, with opportunities to expand services to children and adolescents in the future. Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Marriage Family Therapy or a related field.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in California.
