Key Responsibilities\n

As our LCSW, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting thorough clinical assessments and collaborating with clients to develop personalized treatment plans grounded in best practices and solution-focused approaches.

• Employing various therapeutic interventions, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), tailoring your methods to accommodate each client’s individual needs and preferences.

• Maintaining precise and timely clinical documentation that adheres to HIPAA regulations, ensuring compliance and accuracy in all patient records.

• Engaging in interdisciplinary team meetings while contributing to regular case consultations aimed at enhancing the overall quality of care provided.

• Educating patients and their families about mental health issues, treatment options, and available community resources, empowering them in their recovery journeys.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our licensed clinical social workers serve a diverse population that includes adult individuals, families, and adolescents experiencing a variety of mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

To succeed in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
