Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker within our organization, your day-to-day activities will include:

• Conducting thorough clinical assessments for patients, identifying mental health needs and creating individualized treatment plans based on established best practices.

• Implementing a variety of therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), tailored to each patient’s specific circumstances and preferences.

• Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring all patient interactions are meticulously recorded.

Compensation and Benefits\n
