Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as an LCSW, you'll take on a wide range of responsibilities, including but not limited to:

• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments for patients, understanding their unique experiences and backgrounds to develop personalized treatment plans.

• Implementing evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), adapting your approach to meet each client's specific needs.

• Maintaining thorough and accurate clinical documentation, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational standards.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
