Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments for clients, developing tailored treatment plans that address their unique emotional and social needs.

• Provide psychotherapy services using evidence-based methodologies to individuals, children, and families in both crisis and non-crisis situations.

• Oversee and mentor interns and trainees, ensuring they adhere to all required documentation standards for their respective educational institutions and regulatory bodies.

• Facilitate training sessions and workshops for interns and healthcare personnel, imparting knowledge on the latest practices in social work and mental health care.

• Maintain meticulous and compliant records of diagnostics, treatment progress, and outcomes, ensuring adherence to agency policies and external regulations.

• Engage in ongoing quality assurance and improvement initiatives, participating in internal audits and documenting client interactions within the AWARDS electronic health record system.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and family members to provide a coordinated approach to client care.

• Attend regular program and team meetings, conveying insights that foster a cohesive and informed service delivery environment.

• Participate in recruitment activities for interns, organizing information sessions that highlight the educational and personal growth opportunities within our organization.

• Ensure the work environment remains tidy and functional, promptly reporting any maintenance or safety concerns to the management team.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily serve adults and families facing a variety of emotional and social issues within the context of hospice care. Qualifications\n

The position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $120,000 to $130,000, commensurate with experience.
