Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide direct clinical services to clients experiencing symptoms of major mental illnesses and severe emotional disorders, maintaining a caseload that includes individual, group, and family therapy.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments, screenings, and evaluations to determine client needs and develop tailored treatment plans that are preventive and rehabilitative in nature.

• Engage actively as a team member, promoting collaboration and shared goals, while fostering a respectful environment that values diversity in traditions, beliefs, and interpersonal styles.

• Ensure adherence to professional ethical guidelines and the center's standards, maintaining documentation and reports in a timely manner for quality assurance and compliance.

• Coordinate integrated care plans and resources, facilitating communication among clients, families, and providers to ensure comprehensive support for patients.

• Assist clients during crisis situations, providing immediate support and interventions as necessary.

• Participate in continuous improvement efforts, including committees aimed at enhancing agency service delivery and fostering quality improvement initiatives.

• Provide on-call support during and after program hours as assigned to accommodate client needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) or a related field is required.

• Active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of California.
