Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments, including psychosocial evaluations and risk assessments, to identify client needs and appropriate interventions.

• Collaborate with clients to develop individualized treatment plans tailored to their specific mental health needs, goals, and cultural backgrounds.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, employing techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT).

• Deliver crisis intervention services for clients experiencing acute psychological distress, ensuring immediate support and continuity of care.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation, encompassing progress notes, treatment plans, and discharge summaries, in adherence to clinic policies and regulatory standards.

• Offer psychoeducation to clients and their families, equipping them with the skills and knowledge necessary to manage their mental health effectively.

• Collaborate systematically with a team of healthcare providers to coordinate comprehensive care, addressing both psychological and medical needs.

• Assess treatment outcomes regularly to evaluate the effectiveness of interventions and modify treatment plans based on empirical evidence and client feedback.

• Stay abreast of current research and best practices in mental health, integrating new knowledge into daily clinical practices.

• Uphold ethical guidelines and confidentiality standards regarding the handling of patient information.

Compensation and Benefits\n
