Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments of patients to evaluate mental health status, strengths, and specific needs in relation to detox and recovery.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including but not limited to cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), aimed at addressing the psychological issues associated with substance use.

• Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team to ensure holistic, coordinated care that includes daily case reviews and treatment planning meetings.

• Educate patients and families about diagnoses, treatment options, and medication management to foster a collaborative treatment approach.

• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based modalities, ensuring an environment that encourages open discussion and support.

Compensation and Benefits\n
