Key Responsibilities\n

• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with a diverse treatment team, ensuring that all aspects of a client’s recovery are addressed.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with clients undergoing detoxification, many of whom may be grappling with co-occurring disorders. This position requires an empathetic approach to care, understanding the complexities associated with addiction and mental health issues, and the profound impact these challenges have on the clients and their families.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) or a closely related field.

• Active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in New York State.

• Proven experience working with diverse populations, particularly elderly clients, in both mental health and substance use contexts.

• Strong clinical skills with a focus on assessment, diagnosis, and therapeutic intervention.
