Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver individual and couples therapy to clients across diverse age groups, utilizing evidence-based practices tailored to their unique needs.

• Maintain comprehensive and accurate client records and clinical notes in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Schedule and manage ongoing appointments with clients, keeping an updated calendar to facilitate referral management and continuity of care.

• Collaborate with fellow therapists to share insights and strategies, fostering a supportive team dynamic and enhancing the therapeutic process.

• Utilize our billing service to handle claims, manage client accounts receivable, perform benefit and eligibility checks, and assist clients with payment plans.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at our center, you will work with a varied clientele, including individuals and couples facing issues ranging from anxiety and depression to relationship challenges and life transitions. Our aim is to provide a safe, empathetic space where clients can explore their thoughts and feelings and develop effective coping strategies.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology or Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current and unrestricted LCSW license, enabling you to practice independently.

Compensation and Benefits\n
