This position is offered in a remote setting, creating flexibility for our staff while maintaining a focus on client care and collaboration. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of clients, assessing the severity, frequency, and duration of symptoms associated with mood disorders, including but not limited to depression, anxiety, and bipolar disorder.

• Collaborate with clients to formulate personalized treatment plans that align with their specific goals, therapeutic needs, and personal circumstances.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic approaches, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to enhance therapy effectiveness and client outcomes.

• Educate and empower clients and their families by providing insights into mood disorders, treatment options, and practical self-care strategies for daily life improvement.

• Regularly monitor and document client progress, adapting treatment plans as necessary based on measurable outcomes and feedback.

• Engage in integrated care with psychiatrists and other health professionals to address the holistic needs of clients.

• Stay informed of the latest research and developments in the treatment of mood disorders to ensure the application of progressive therapeutic techniques.

• Maintain meticulous records while upholding strict confidentiality in adherence to all legal and ethical standards.

Qualifications\n
