Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Wellness & Health Care Resource Centers, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to assess the mental health needs of clients, creating tailored treatment plans based on specific diagnoses.

• Deliver individual therapy sessions that employ a variety of therapeutic techniques to promote clients’ emotional and psychological well-being.

• Set collaborative therapeutic goals with clients and consistently monitor their progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as necessary.

• Provide teletherapy options for clients seeking virtual support, ensuring accessible mental health care for those experiencing mobility or transportation challenges.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation in compliance with ethical standards and state regulations.

• Participate in ongoing professional development workshops and training sessions to enhance clinical skills and stay updated on best practices and emerging mental health research.
