As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Lyra Behavioral Center, your key responsibilities will encompass a range of direct clinical care and administrative duties, including:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments and diagnoses, employing instruments such as the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders to formulate individualized care plans tailored to the unique cultural and personal needs of each patient.

• Regularly evaluating patient progress, implementing evidence-based interventions, and actively adjusting treatment strategies to optimize mental health outcomes.

• Maintaining meticulous treatment records, reports, and other vital clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards and departmental policies, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

• Collaborating closely with patients, family members, and multidisciplinary teams to craft comprehensive treatment plans that reflect the consensus on care objectives and desired outcomes.
