Key Responsibilities\n

As an LCSW, you will have a variety of essential responsibilities that directly contribute to the well-being of our patients. Your various tasks include:

• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments, including psychosocial evaluations that guide the development of personalized treatment plans according to best practices.

• Administering therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), tailored to each patient’s unique situation and mental health needs.

• Maintaining up-to-date clinical documentation and records in compliance with HIPAA and industry standards, ensuring transparency and continuity of care.

• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team—including physicians, nurses, and other mental health professionals—to coordinate comprehensive treatment strategies that meet each patient’s holistic needs.

• Participating in integrated care meetings and case reviews to continuously enhance the quality and effectiveness of the services provided.

• Offering guidance and education to patients and families regarding mental health challenges, treatment alternatives, and available community resources.

The ideal candidate for this position will possess:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
