Key Responsibilities\n

• Develop, coordinate, and implement comprehensive treatment plans that address clients' unique challenges related to substance use and mental health.

• Conduct thorough assessments and interviews with clients to identify their current status, strengths, and specific needs.

• Work collaboratively with clients to set measurable goals and achieve significant milestones toward recovery.
\n
• Continuously monitor client progress and adapt treatment plans based on evaluations, feedback, and changing circumstances.
\n
• Provide guidance and information to clients in an empathetic manner, assisting them in making informed decisions about their paths to recovery.

• Maintain meticulous records documenting client interactions, treatment interventions, and progress towards goals.
\n
• Participate actively in case conferences, offer insights based on your evaluations, and, if necessary, provide testimony in legal contexts.

• Serve as a key worker in collaboration with a diverse team of healthcare professionals, ensuring a holistic approach to client care.

• Facilitate referrals to community resources as needed, supporting clients in their recovery journey beyond our facility.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work primarily with individuals experiencing substance use disorders, many of whom may also confront co-occurring mental health conditions. This role requires a strong capacity for empathy and cultural competency to effectively communicate and relate to a diverse client base. Your efforts will directly impact their recovery outcomes and enhance their quality of life.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work (BSW), Psychology, Sociology, or a related field is required.

• Current LCSW licensure is a must, ensuring compliance with state regulations for social work practice.

• Demonstrated experience as a social worker, preferably within substance use treatment settings.

• Strong understanding of social theories and practices relevant to addiction and mental health recovery.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience working within a detox or rehabilitation facility is preferred but not required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
