Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental and emotional health, ensuring personalized care strategies.

• Design, implement, and adjust individualized treatment plans based on the unique needs, issues, and goals of clients.

• Facilitate engaging individual therapy sessions along with couples therapy, providing strategies for improved communication and conflict resolution.

• Utilize methodologies such as engagement, assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation while delivering therapy services.

• Maintain meticulously detailed records, including progress notes, treatment plans, and case histories, leveraging electronic health record systems for documentation.

• Participate in interdisciplinary collaborations to discuss and coordinate holistic treatment options for clients.

• Provide crisis intervention to clients experiencing acute distress, ensuring immediate support and follow-up as needed.

• Continuously engage in professional development through ongoing training, staying abreast of the latest evidence-based practices in marriage and family therapy.

Qualifications\n
