Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct weekly live video therapy sessions with adult clients experiencing a range of emotional disorders, utilizing proven therapeutic techniques that foster healing and growth.

• Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to establish holistic treatment plans that address the multifaceted needs of our clients.

• Utilize automated symptom self-assessments, track functional improvements, and monitor goal progress to continuously refine each client's treatment strategy, ensuring alignment with their evolving needs.

• Maintain comprehensive and timely clinical documentation within our user-friendly therapist portal, aiding in efficient workflow and enhancing patient care accountability.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you'll engage with a diverse range of clients who are navigating various emotional challenges, including depression, anxiety, and other mental health disorders. You will be responsible for providing culturally responsive care, ensuring that you cater to a broad spectrum of populations, respecting their backgrounds and unique circumstances.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited program.

• An active independent license to practice as an LCSW in the state of California; additional state licenses are advantageous.
