Key Responsibilities\n

In this role, you will play a crucial part in enhancing the mental health of your clients. Your primary responsibilities include:

• Administering psychotherapy services, encompassing a variety of therapeutic interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), while ensuring that approaches align with individual client preferences.

• Maintaining meticulous and timely documentation in full compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational standards, thereby safeguarding client confidentiality.

• Engaging in regular collaboration with the treatment team to ensure seamless and effective support for patients, effectively entering a cooperative model of care.

• Participating in ongoing professional development through case consultations and peer reviews, enhancing both your practice and the quality of care provided to clients.

• Providing educational resources and support to clients and their families, empowering them with knowledge about mental health issues, treatment options, and community resources.
