Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to understand clients' mental health history, strengths, needs, and social circumstances.

• Provide individualized therapy sessions, including but not limited to individual, family, and group therapy, utilizing evidence-based practices tailored to each client’s unique situation.

• Employ various therapeutic techniques, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Trauma-Informed Care, to effectively address a wide range of mental health concerns.

• Develop and monitor personalized treatment plans, establishing clear goals and interventions with measurable outcomes that evolve based on client progress.

• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary treatment team to coordinate care, share insights, and optimize treatment strategies for improved patient outcomes.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions, psychoeducation workshops, and support groups to promote community and shared learning among participants.

• Provide crisis intervention services when necessary, including risk assessments and safety planning, to ensure the wellbeing of clients during critical moments.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation in alignment with ethical, legal, and organizational standards.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
