Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans based on the unique needs and preferences of patients.

• Deliver evidence-based psychotherapy and counseling sessions, catering to a wide range of mental health issues including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relational conflicts.

• Engage in ongoing evaluation by performing mental status examinations and promptly addressing any observed changes in clients’ mental health.

• Maintain effective communication and collaboration with colleagues and support staff to create a seamless experience for clients.

• Participate in team meetings and case discussions, providing valuable insights and recommendations to enhance patient care pathways.

• Implement crisis interventions when necessary and provide immediate emotional support to clients in distress.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in mental health practices and participate in continuing education opportunities.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
