Key Responsibilities\n

• Effectively complete essential clinical documentation, including mental health treatment records and clinical service reports, in a timely and professional manner to support continuity of care.

• Provide expert consultation to institutional staff, including screening committees and psychiatric teams, to facilitate understanding and management of the mental status of clients served.
\n
• Engage in regular staff meetings and ongoing professional development opportunities, contributing to clinical discussions and program development initiatives aimed at enhancing service delivery.

• Demonstrate accountability for services rendered through participation in our Quality Improvement program and maintain precise records of clinical activities.
\n
• Deliver comprehensive clinical services that adhere to organizational policies and professional standards, encompassing individual therapy, group therapy, crisis intervention, and diagnostic evaluations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will focus on serving a diverse population that includes individuals facing severe mental health challenges, such as anxiety disorders, mood disorders, and trauma-related conditions. Clients often seek our services during critical moments in their lives, making it essential to provide empathetic and responsive care. You will be instrumental in creating treatment plans tailored to each individual's unique needs, fostering a therapeutic alliance built on trust and respect.

Qualifications\n

• Possession of a Master’s Degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a closely related field.

• Current licensure as an LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC, with adherence to all regulatory requirements and supervision guidelines.

• A minimum of two years of experience in delivering crisis management and mental health services, clearly demonstrating your ability to handle complex clinical situations.

• Academic and professional training that equips you with a strong foundation in mental health counseling, psychotherapy practices, diagnostic assessment, and crisis intervention.

• Experience providing therapeutic services in a community health or clinical setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n
