Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) at Himanshu Relationship Psychiatry, you will:

• Employ a variety of therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused approaches, tailored to each client’s preferences and requirements.

• Maintain meticulous clinical records in accordance with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies to ensure patient confidentiality and care continuity.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to coordinate care and achieve holistic treatment outcomes for clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 83,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
