Key Responsibilities\n

In this role, you will engage in a variety of essential functions:

• Engage in collaborative treatment planning with clients, respecting their personal goals, values, and unique life experiences.

• Provide support for individuals dealing with a range of issues, including trauma, stress, depression, anxiety, relationship conflicts, and the impacts of systemic oppression.

• Document client interactions and progress accurately using our user-friendly Electronic Health Record (EHR) system, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.

• Participate fully in team-based activities, including case consultations, ongoing training, and peer support circles that foster a culture of learning and collaboration.

• Explore opportunities to facilitate therapy groups, lead community outreach initiatives, or contribute to program development as part of a dynamic team.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse clientele, focusing on individuals, couples, and families from various socio-economic backgrounds. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We believe in fairly compensating our team for their expertise and dedication. The Salary for this position ranges from $90,000.00 to $100,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications. Additionally, we offer:
