Key Responsibilities\n

Your role as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker will involve a variety of essential duties aimed at providing comprehensive care to our clients:

• Engage in meaningful conversations with clients to assess their needs, develop therapeutic relationships, and establish treatment plans tailored to individual goals and challenges.

• Communicate effectively with physicians and other healthcare team members regarding patient progress, needs, concerns, and any potential issues arising during treatment.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, including progress notes and treatment summaries, in compliance with department policies and regulations.

• Respond promptly to clients in crisis situations, providing immediate support and interventions to ensure their safety and emotional well-being.

• Regularly evaluate and document clients' progress towards their treatment goals, making adjustments as necessary to enhance their therapeutic journey.

• Consult and coordinate with family members and support systems about client treatment and effective discharge planning.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work predominantly with individuals facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions. Our clients come from diverse backgrounds, and your understanding of cultural competence will be critical in tailoring your therapeutic approach and ensuring effective communication and support.

Qualifications\n

• Education: A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Licensure: An active state license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) or equivalent is mandatory.

• Experience: A minimum of three (3) years of experience working in an outpatient mental health setting is essential.
\n
• Skills: Strong interpersonal communication, organizational skills, ability to work independently with minimal supervision, and proficiency in electronic medical records, word processing, and spreadsheet applications.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
