However, you'll also be required to participate in necessary in-person meetings and trainings to effectively align with statewide policies and organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide psychotherapeutic services to clients through both telehealth and face-to-face interactions, addressing their unique mental health needs.

• Oversee and ensure that interns and trainees complete essential documentation required for compliance with university guidelines and BWC standards.
\n
• Conduct training workshops and educational sessions for interns and partnering universities, ensuring all are kept up-to-date with the ever-evolving federal and state policies.

• Maintain thorough and accurate records of each intern's progress and performance evaluations, identifying opportunities for constructive feedback and improvement.
\n
• Monitor intern caseloads and assignments while proactively addressing any concerns regarding performance or client safety.
\n
• Collaborate closely with Centralized Intake and educational institutions to facilitate seamless communication and service delivery.
\n
• Participate in quality audits and ensure comprehensive compliance with agency policies, funder requirements, and internal regulations.
\n
• Actively engage in clinical consultations for interns and assist in resolving both crisis and non-crisis situations.
\n
• Maintain a professional and organized work environment, reporting safety concerns or maintenance issues promptly.
\n
• Fulfill additional duties as assigned to support overall program objectives and service delivery standards.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from $120,000 to $130,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
