Key Responsibilities\n

Your responsibilities will include conducting therapeutic sessions with couples, individuals, and families, addressing a wide range of mental health issues. Specific tasks will encompass:

• Conducting initial assessments and developing personalized treatment plans for clients.

• Facilitating therapy sessions that address concerns such as alcohol abuse, grief and loss, familial conflicts, and communication issues.

• Utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques and practices to guide clients toward improved mental health and interpersonal relationships.

• Providing ongoing support and coordinating referrals to additional services if necessary.
\n
• Documenting client progress and therapy sessions within required timeframes while maintaining confidentiality.

• Participating in clinical supervision and professional development activities to enhance your treatment skills.

• Engaging with other health professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The ideal candidate will work with diverse adult and child/adolescent populations, tackling various challenges such as adjustment difficulties related to separation and divorce, conflicts among family members, and blended family issues. You will engage with clients dealing with significant life stressors and aim to empower them through holistic strategies that promote mental wellness.

Qualifications\n

To be successful in this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• Active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related mental health field.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
