Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will be instrumental in assessing and supporting young children with developmental delays, ensuring they receive the interventions necessary for growth and success. Your daily responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive evaluations and assessments to understand the unique needs of children.

• Participating in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs) that cater to each child’s specific developmental requirements.

• Monitoring and reviewing progress to ensure that outcomes align with goals, contributing to collaborative discussions regarding each child's care plan.

• Providing family support services, offering guidance, resources, and strategies aimed at nurturing a child's developmental trajectory.

• Administering assessments while ensuring compliance with all federal and state regulations concerning child welfare and safety.

• Building rapport with children, families, and fellow team members to create an effective learning environment.

• Utilizing evidence-based practices and tailored strategies in natural learning environments.

• Implementing IFSP for enrolled families, adjusting service frequency based on child development milestones and family feedback.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your focus will be on children from birth to three years old who may have disabilities or developmental delays. By providing early intervention services, you will play a crucial role in enhancing their physical, cognitive, social, emotional, and communication skills during this formative phase. Your work will directly influence the quality of life and future success for these children and their families.

Qualifications\n

To qualify for this role, candidates should possess the following:

• A Master's Degree or Doctorate in Social Work from an accredited program.

• Licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) recognized by the Department of Public Health.

Preferred Experience\n

While one year of professional experience in early intervention is required, candidates with bilingual capabilities and additional training in evidence-based practices will be given preference.
