Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate patients’ mental health status, strengths, and needs, tailoring interventions accordingly.

• Provide evidence-based therapies, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), to foster emotional and psychological resilience.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a cohesive, multidisciplinary care plan for each patient.

• Educate and support patients and their families in understanding diagnoses, treatment options, and necessary medications to facilitate informed choices.

• Deliver individual, group, and family therapy sessions, employing evidence-based modalities to address a variety of mental health issues.

• Develop detailed treatment plans in partnership with the treatment team, integrating patient goals and preferences into cohesive strategies.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work from an accredited program.

Compensation and Benefits\n
