This role is completely remote, utilizing a telehealth model that allows you to provide care to clients from the comfort of their homes. Key Responsibilities\n

• Facilitate engaging group therapy sessions, helping clients connect, share experiences, and foster a sense of community.

• Provide individual therapy, tailoring sessions to address each client's unique needs, thoughts, feelings, and coping strategies.

• Collaborate with clients to develop personalized, goal-oriented treatment plans that are aligned with their aspirations and preferences.

• Monitor clients' progress through regular evaluations and assessments, utilizing tools to track outcomes and adapt treatment plans accordingly.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with young adults between the ages of 18 and 30 who are enrolled in our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP). This demographic often faces a variety of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and other co-occurring disorders. Your role will involve addressing their unique challenges and facilitating their journey toward recovery, self-discovery, and empowerment.

Qualifications\n

• Valid and current LPC license to practice in the state of Texas.

• A Master’s degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 85,000 – 100,000 per year.
