Work Environment\n

This position is fully remote, which allows for flexible scheduling while maintaining a full-time commitment of approximately 40 hours per week. You will be functioning within a virtual detox center environment, utilizing telehealth platforms to connect with clients across varied settings while ensuring privacy and compliance with health regulations.

Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with Valley of Hope, you will:

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions tailored to the diverse needs of your clients.

• Conduct thorough client assessments by gathering and interpreting pertinent social, environmental, and health-related information.
\n
• Develop treatment plans that address specific client issues and goals, with an emphasis on recovery in a detox setting.
\n
• Facilitate interventions that promote cognitive, emotional, and behavioral healing, including crisis management and resource referrals.
\n
• Establish and nurture therapeutic relationships characterized by empathy, trust, and mutual respect.
\n
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of treatment plans, making necessary adjustments based on client progress.
\n
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and treatment services in adherence to regulatory standards.
\n
• Manage a balanced caseload that allows for personalized attention to each client while complying with established timelines.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary focus of this role is to provide targeted support for clients undergoing detoxification from substances and those dealing with related mental health issues, including substance use disorders, anxiety, and depression. Your expertise will guide clients through their recovery journey, ensuring they receive the compassionate, evidence-based care they need.

Qualifications\n

To be successful in this role, applicants must possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or a related field.

• A valid LCSW license in the state of Texas.
\n
• Demonstrable experience of at least four years in a clinical or social work role, particularly in mental health treatment.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
