Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients' symptoms and mental health status, including the intensity and duration of their mood disorders.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to deliver effective interventions.

• Educate clients and their families about mood disorders, treatment methodologies, and essential self-care strategies.

• Regularly monitor client progress, refining treatment plans as necessary to align with their evolving needs.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and integrated care.

• Engage in case consultations and team meetings to discuss client progress and share best practices.

• Uphold high standards of documentation and confidentiality in compliance with ethical and legal standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your expertise will be primarily focused on clients dealing with mood disorders, including depression, anxiety, and bipolar disorder. You will work closely with a diverse range of individuals, including those who may face significant life challenges such as homelessness, trauma, or domestic abuse. Qualifications\n

• A current and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) .

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n

• Salary range is USD 70,000 – 90,000 annually , commensurate with experience and qualifications.
