Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments and screenings of clients to accurately identify their needs and establish comprehensive care plans.

• Deliver therapy through individual, group, and family sessions addressing symptoms of major mental illness and emotional disorders.

• Participate actively in team meetings and care discussions, fostering collaboration and shared learning among co-workers.

• Maintain concise and timely documentation and reporting of client progress, ensuring compliance with ethical guidelines and organizational policies.

• Provide crisis intervention as needed, demonstrating a calm and professional demeanor in high-stress situations.

• Monitor clients' treatment plans, including admissions and discharge criteria, to ensure they receive appropriate care and resources.
