Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and deliver tailored therapy and counseling interventions designed to meet individual client goals.

• Perform mental status evaluations to identify any behavioral or emotional concerns and track progress over time.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings, personal goals, and feedback from clients and educational staff.

• Foster productive and respectful working relationships with school personnel and other stakeholders to create a supportive therapeutic environment.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychologists, educators, and other health professionals, to provide a well-rounded approach to mental health care.

• Deliver immediate crisis intervention and counseling support, utilizing evidence-based techniques to effectively manage emergency situations.

• Stay abreast of the latest developments in mental health interventions and educational best practices, applying them in your clinical work.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be working with students facing a range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues. You will work closely with children and adolescents, adapting your therapeutic approaches to suit varying developmental stages and psychological needs. Your aim will be to enhance their emotional resilience and capacity for learning, thereby improving their overall academic performance and well-being.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Active California LCSW license, demonstrating your qualifications to provide clinical social work services.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from $110,000 to $130,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
