This position is primarily remote, allowing flexibility while still being directly involved in the school community. You will collaborate with educators, school staff, and families to support students' mental health and emotional development. Key Responsibilities\n

Your role as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker will include a variety of critical tasks aimed at enhancing the well-being of students:

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily serve a diverse group of students ranging from elementary to high school, along with their families. The focus will be on addressing challenges related to anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues that may affect their learning and daily interactions.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• A valid and current LCSW license issued by the state of Florida.

• A minimum of two years of experience in social work, particularly in school or educational settings.

• In-depth knowledge of child development, mental health issues, and effective intervention strategies relevant to school-aged children and adolescents.

• Exceptional communication, counseling, and interpersonal skills, enabling you to connect with students, families, and educators.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
