Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide direct clinical services to clients experiencing symptoms of major mental illnesses and severe emotional disorders, both in office and community settings.

• Build strong, trusting relationships with clients to facilitate effective therapy and support.

• Conduct assessments, implementing evidence-based screening and arranging for more comprehensive evaluations when necessary.

• Create and manage integrated care plans, ensuring clients receive the necessary services and support.

• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions, focusing on client-specific issues and treatment goals.

• Work collaboratively with colleagues to develop and promote best practices within the organization, participating in committees aimed at improving service delivery and quality assurance.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of caseload activities, client progress, and treatment outcomes.

• Be available for on-call coverage as needed, ensuring continuous support for clients outside of scheduled program hours.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role focuses primarily on children and adolescents within the school setting who are facing challenges related to mental health. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
