Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Transformative Healing Services, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments to identify the mental health needs of students, followed by the development of personalized treatment plans grounded in evidence-based practices.

• Utilizing therapeutic interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other modalities to meet the individualized needs of your clients, facilitating effective progress towards their goals.

• Maintaining meticulous, compliant clinical records, ensuring adherence to HIPAA guidelines, and regularly updating treatment plans based on ongoing assessments.

• Actively collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, including educators, psychiatrists, and school psychologists, to ensure holistic care and successful outcomes for students.

• Participating in case consultations and peer reviews to continuously improve treatment quality and foster a collaborative environment.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• A valid and current Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) credential in the state of New York.
