Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments for students to evaluate their mental health needs and develop tailored treatment plans.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT) to address students’ mental health concerns.

• Maintain detailed and accurate clinical documentation and records, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations.

• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychologists, educators, and other healthcare professionals, to coordinate comprehensive care.

• Provide psychoeducation and support to students and their families to enhance their understanding of mental health issues and available resources.

• Stay informed on current research and practices in mental health to continually enhance service delivery and patient outcomes.

This role focuses on a diverse population of school-aged children and adolescents facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, behavioral problems, and trauma. Qualifications\n

• A master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
