Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy services to clients with major mental illnesses and severe emotional disorders, ensuring a client-centered approach that reflects their unique needs.

• Conduct comprehensive, evidence-based assessments and develop personalized integrated care plans that facilitate access to necessary services, including follow-up care to bolster recovery efforts.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, therapy sessions, and treatment plans, in compliance with both organizational standards and state regulations.

• Implement crisis intervention strategies as necessary to provide immediate care to clients in distress, ensuring safety and effective de-escalation.

• Monitor client progress through consistent follow-up and adaptation of treatment strategies, ensuring alignment with client goals and feedback.

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and committees aimed at enhancing agency service delivery and promoting best practices within the healthcare system.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work primarily with individuals who are navigating complex mental health challenges, particularly those in the detoxification process. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation range for this position is between USD 70,000 and 85,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
