Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed psychosocial assessments to formulate a comprehensive understanding of clients' mental health concerns, strengths, and necessary resources.

• Deliver therapeutic interventions through individual, family, and group therapy, employing evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy and trauma-focused therapy.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that delineate specific goals and intervention strategies tailored to each client's unique situation.

• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure cohesive and coordinated care for clients.

• Provide crisis intervention services, conducting risk assessments and safety planning to support clients in distress.
\n
• Facilitate group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups aimed at enhancing community and relational connections.

• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring all client records are up-to-date.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client focus spans diverse age groups and backgrounds, including individuals experiencing depression, anxiety disorders, trauma-related conditions, and those facing end-of-life issues within the hospice care context. You will help clients navigate their mental health concerns while also supporting families during difficult transitions.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program is required.

• Current and active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• A minimum of three years of experience in a mental health or outpatient setting is essential.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers an attractive salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, you will be eligible for a sign-on bonus to welcome you to our team.
