Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough and holistic psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health concerns, underlying issues, strengths, and available resources.

• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy sessions using evidence-based modalities including cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-focused therapy.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, detailing specific therapeutic goals and interventions.

• Engage with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure continuity and consistency of care.

• Provide crisis intervention services, conducting risk assessments and crafting safety plans tailored to immediate client needs.

• Facilitate psychoeducation classes and support group sessions, fostering community and connectivity among clients.
\n
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions and client progress in accordance with ethical and legal standards.

• Participate in regular team meetings, contributing insights and receiving feedback to enhance collaborative treatment strategies.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
