Our working hours are primarily Monday through Friday during the day, enabling you to maintain a predictable schedule while providing essential support to your clients.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide comprehensive individual, group, and family therapy tailored to the needs of your assigned client population.

• Conduct thorough assessments and facilitate counseling services targeted towards children and families who meet established medical necessity and DSM V diagnostic criteria.
\n
• Develop and lead psycho-educational groups, parenting classes, and other therapeutic workshops aimed at empowering families and enhancing their coping skills.
\n
• Timely completion of all necessary client documentation, including case materials, progress notes, and statistical data required for managing assigned cases effectively.
\n
• Ensure adherence to billing requirements by documenting and submitting a set number of reimbursable treatment hours each week.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will primarily involve working with children and families facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, and trauma-related disorders. Understanding the unique dynamics of family systems and the developmental considerations for children will be essential in tailoring effective treatment plans and fostering positive outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field is required.

• Possession of a valid and active LCSW license in the state of Pennsylvania.

• At least 2 years of experience in a clinical setting, with a focus on mental health counseling.

Compensation and Benefits\n
