Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients to evaluate their mental health status, utilizing tools such as the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders. You will create individualized care plans that respect the diverse backgrounds and needs of each patient.

• Implement evidence-based treatment modalities to facilitate therapy sessions, consistently monitoring patient progress and adjusting strategies as necessary to ensure effective outcomes.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all treatment records, adhering to regulatory standards and departmental procedures while utilizing contemporary technology.

• Collaborate with patients, their families, and other healthcare providers to formulate comprehensive treatment plans that align with identified goals and promote optimal recovery.

• Lead treatment objective development by actively engaging with patients and their families, ensuring safety, and advocating for symptom management within a team-focused framework.

• Establish and nurture effective working relationships with healthcare providers and referral agencies to coordinate patient transitions and access to necessary resources.

• Provide mentorship and guidance to students, interns, and other team members, fostering an environment of continuous learning and professional growth.

• Participate in peer review and clinical collaborations as directed by your clinical supervisor, contributing to the continuous improvement of clinical practice within the team.

Qualifications\n

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from $80,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
