Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide tailored individual, family, and/or group therapy sessions to a varied caseload within our detox center, employing evidence-based therapeutic modalities.

• Conduct thorough and comprehensive assessments to identify client needs and strengths, creating robust, strength-based treatment plans that guide therapy sessions.

• Maintain timely, accurate, and ethical documentation in our EHR system, ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards and facilitating effective communication with the multidisciplinary team.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, case managers, and fellow clinicians to optimize client care and provide comprehensive support.

• Engage actively in weekly clinical team meetings, case consultations, and continuing education trainings to stay abreast of best practices and advancements in mental health.

• Build therapeutic relationships by connecting with clients through empathy, respect, and cultural humility, and leveraging these relationships to foster trust and engagement in the therapeutic process.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on clients experiencing a breadth of mental health issues within a detoxification setting. You will support individuals who may be facing complex emotional and psychological challenges associated with substance use, trauma, and co-occurring disorders. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
