Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health evaluations to assess client needs and develop personalized treatment plans.

• Execute evidence-based therapeutic interventions through family and group therapy sessions, utilizing effective communication and empathy.

• Complete all required documentation, including statistical reports, treatment plans, and session notes in a timely manner.

• Collaborate closely with the Department of Corrections to facilitate patient access to care, ensuring smooth transitions into appropriate treatment programs.

• Coordinate patient care with other institutional programs, working proactively with various stakeholders to secure the best outcomes for your clients.

• Lead and develop group treatment sessions for mental health observation units and provide crisis intervention support.

• Organize and participate in clinical supervision and professional development activities to continually enhance your skills and knowledge.

• Engage actively in case conferences to discuss patient progress and treatment options, ensuring a cohesive approach to mental health care.

• Supervise social work interns or student volunteers when assigned, fostering the next generation of mental health professionals.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be working with children and teenagers who present with a range of mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

This role offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 122,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
