Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments for clients, gathering detailed information on their mental health concerns, strengths, and available social resources.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions in individual, family, and group settings, employing methodologies such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, or trauma-informed care.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to create and execute treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique needs.

• Engage in crisis intervention, conducting risk assessments, and developing safety plans as necessary to ensure client safety.

• Facilitate psychoeducation classes, support groups, and group therapy sessions, fostering a sense of community among clients.

• Maintain comprehensive, accurate documentation in accordance with ethical practices and legal regulations, ensuring that client records reflect ongoing therapeutic work and progress.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
